跟朋友一起来的，一开始说了订双人标间，定完之后给了一个大床房，给我朋友一个双人标间，很矛盾，非让我加钱，感觉有点坑，而且第一次房间门也打不开没给刷磁，我又跑了第二趟，总的来说不太满意

酒店服务很人性，晚上很晚入住未安排之前的房型，前台立马免费升级，遇到酒店高层夜间巡视看到大堂电梯前垃圾桶位置有些偏立马自己动手摆整齐而不是吩咐一旁的下属

房间很大，位置还不错，服务真的还不如快捷酒店......前台三个服务人员都忙着接电话，几个办入住的客人就一直等着，三个服务人员连一个眼神都不给我们的。终于可以办理了也没听到任何抱歉，这个酒店的服务人员可能特别不擅长道歉...第一次给我做的房卡无效，自己又跑下楼重新做，对于这个失误也没有得到任何道歉，重新做的房卡还是被扔在桌上让我自己去拿的。礼宾部态度很好，房间花洒是坏的......
