因为出差入住酒店！当时刷了预授权，退房时告诉我没有问题可以直接离开！结果迟迟没有看到银行短信提醒！打了酒店前台电话了解才发现是酒店忘记撤销了！希望做为五星酒店服务管理匹配上五星级的标准
