手机已经收到艺龙确认入住单，在前台办理入住 等了不下一个小时，酒店说没有接到艺龙传真，没有信息 多次电话艺龙，相互推诿，打客服接通等下，电话里面就放音乐，放了三分钟，忍无可忍挂了 ，目前现在还没有解决，行程全部耽误。
