服务排第一。联系，入住，日常，退房，送站，所有环节的服务都没话说，前台贴心到把旅行的一切不高兴都扫光。送站过来的果然是奔驰，虽然是老款，但干净整洁，司机师傅开车平稳快捷，非常开心。位置第二，外滩十九号，出门就是花旗银行、和平饭店北楼和陈毅广场，观景位置最佳。设施第三，比起北楼的老上海韵味，南楼艺术中心充满现代感，只是有些细节有待考究，不过主要是装修的问题。最后关于食品，说好了减肥的，结果一到房间满屋子都是水果饮料马卡龙！而且是免费的！于是减肥就扯淡了！早餐送到房间，种类不少，但不够精致，这一点小小地打了折扣。总体来说，与期望值一样，下次还会选择。Mua～

过来跨年，酒店下面就是发生不幸的陈毅广场。原来的汇中饭店，所以保留了殖民地风格的外表，但里面的设计确实相当的现代，特别是房间门的设计，住的套房很大气，整体非常喜欢。细节方面，房间里面很多地方是比较不尽人意的，比如起伏的地板、关不上的柜门，洗手间的马桶竟然没有缓降。早餐是在房间内用的，因为餐厅早上不开门。

很有艺术感，房间真的很少，出门左边十多分钟时南京步行街，右边是外滩，超级方便！酒店服务人员也very nice！

很棒。房间小点心让人欲罢不能。其余卫生、硬件设施都很棒。两点不足，一是浴室全透明，二是房间音响apple接口还是老款dock。
