非常不适合亲子家庭出游，去了就要求我们加钱，加完钱后给了一间景观很差的，要求换房间，态度超级不好，高冷，有问题找他们全部眼光回避。去这种服务的酒店没有遇到问题还好，遇到问题你就等着受白眼吧。还看到一个前台追着一个男的客人点头哈腰希望帮她什么事，守着这么多人这么多客人看着真好意思的。转身对别人就冷脸，真心无语啊。适合情侣开房去。千万别带孩子去。也不知道有啥高冷的……无语……朋友说感觉像是去奢侈品店的服务员，假笑，感觉奢侈品都是她家的一样。我们之前去苏梅岛的w，服务超好，进门就帮你接行李什么的。这里……天呐……感觉我来住他们家不给钱似的，全部欠你们钱啊……忍着住了两天，每次下楼看见那一帮鬼脸就反胃。以后绝对绝对不会去住上海w了，之前看到差评，原来是真的！
