上次没做点评，今天再次入住。怎么了？卫浴用品为何都换成欧舒丹而不是爱马仕了？客房服务员连起码的问候语都没有。金钱可以做到硬件的豪华，软件才更能体现品牌的智慧和力量。望改进。
