第一次来到这个酒店，一家4口人先是到如家的，但是如家是老店实施各方面跟不上，就选择了威斯汀，带着家人兴高采烈，可是前台给我的服务，一点都不像五星级酒店的服务，没有热情反而给人冷若冰霜，有点瞧不起人样子！所以前台服务我一颗🌟都不值，希望酒店前台管理方面加强，连小朋友都说，前台服务👎
