清明节出行，提前定的威斯汀，来到大堂办入住真的等了小15分钟，最后被告知需等到下午两点才能入住，房间未退没有打扰好的干净房。大堂威斯汀专用香薰精油一闻很有归属感，唯一煞风景的就是大堂里的亲子出行这孩子跑孩子闹，真的是太让人头疼，建议节假日开辟儿童临时娱乐区（这应该视酒店情况吧…）。1点左右去前台领的房卡，插卡进电梯，电梯插卡第一次去的真的不会插，我是最后才看到有个方向指示才顿然开朗。房间整洁无灰尘，但有些死角还是不仔细，这里理解。设施设备中上，体重秤可否查看一下，反应不灵敏。建议在写字台放一盒抽纸，不然不方便。浴巾真的有奶香味，真让人舒畅。服务员领班很有礼貌。

介绍上说是2米的床，实际只有1.8米。房间略小，洗澡水忽冷忽热。
现场清洗消毒浴缸服务很好，很安心，小朋友泡的也很开心。
