优点：度假村面积很大，有电瓶车接送，很方便。风景优美，置身森林氧吧。木屋有特色，环境很好。湖景房位置很好，一大片湖景，还有天鹅。早餐较好。
缺点：服务人员服务意识较差，特别是客房中心前台，无微笑，回答问题语气生硬。七号楼一楼在装修，味道较大。饮食中心价格偏贵，口味一般。
总结：多加大对服务人员的培训，加强服务意识。现在这种状态，只能说有好景无服务，离五星差距甚大。

游人很少的岛，绿树成荫，让人有安静的感觉，岛上的路普遍很窄，小虫子是这里的主旋律，度假村就在东平公园对面，里面的环境完全没有话说，相比钢筋混凝土的城市，就像原始森林一样，因为绿植多且密，总有种身上黏糊糊的感觉，对着窗户外的绿树，泡壸茶发呆真的是很好的选择，因为定得早免费从2号楼升级到5号楼，很惊喜的感觉，适合放飞心情解放自我的地方，价格是唯一阻碍我选择它的原因

酒店环境很好，都是森林环绕，住的小 木屋，位置很好，间距开阔，早饭有电瓶车接送，很方便，没事就在酒店走走，还有天鹅鸭子朋友，小朋友也玩的开心。酒店餐厅也不错，比外面农家乐略贵，但是口味好，精致，推荐酒店用餐。服务也是不错的，还会再来！😄
