前台服务的妹妹态度非常好，相比前一晚住的东部金沙的卧龙酒店服务更赞，酒店位置在外双溪索道入口不远，非常便利，房间很干净，满意。

餐厅比外面便宜，二人套餐三菜一汤，位置就在大巴下车处，离索道不远，房间挺好，依山而建，大堂在5楼，普通房间在地下4-2楼，但都有窗户，大床房相当于半地下，标间外面就是山景。缺点是必须12点退房，没得商量

酒店在三清山索道站下面，步行10分钟可到索道站，非常方便，可以在酒店三清山门票，价格和同程一样。晚上可以在附近的小镇吃点农家特色餐，价格不贵，味道不错，酒店房间提供水果，只是不够新鲜。早餐较简单，但也够了，总体还是满意的。

酒店设施都比较新，总台美妹人漂亮，心也热，酒店总台可以代订三清山门票，跟同程一样的价格。唯一遗憾的是酒店只送两份早餐，小孩吃早餐要另外交钱，其实小孩也吃不了多少
