艺龙通过旅游社全额预定的房间的信息总台查了半天都未找到，交涉后只能通过APP的订单信息及支付宝扣款纪录入住。含的双早也不提供。房间冷得像进了冰库，所用楼层的房间空调都不制热。龙头热水只出温水，无法洗澡。其他游客因当地酒店爆满只能忍受一晚第二天换酒店。强烈不推荐此酒店。

差，入住房间温度表显示九度，空调开了一个小时结果还是九度，找服务员，服务员说空调坏了，房间里连电话都是坏得，预定二天，住上一天，第二天还不让退。
