最不愉快的一次酒店住宿，入住后，竟然夜晚突然有人用房卡打开房门！最后发现上前台开错房给别的客人，重复将我已入住的房又开给别的客人！且事后没有半点要向我道歉的竟思。完全不是五星级酒店的水平！！！第二天立即退房换到另一酒店了。失望！
