垃圾！这叫五星级酒店！？？？给爸妈订的！实际连15平方都没有！！！！！
如果不是爸妈发视频来还不知道这么差！
当天19点多订的还专门打电话给艺龙客服说让酒店赶紧确定爸妈已经在过去酒店的路上了！而且还是支付了的，22点多去到前台竟然说没有！我在电话这头还听到其中一个女的吼说“你这信息我看不出！”excuse me？？？而且第二天退房的时候还说拿了他们的订书机，要不要这么搞笑？简直了！国外以及港澳台住过这么多五星级，头一次有这样的态度这样的住房环境！真是不要侮辱汕头侮辱潮汕人！
