服务慢，艺龙这边定完酒店等后台确认就等了好久，半夜了就在大堂等着酒店后台确认，我理解的五星级酒店的服务应该先给办着手续刷个押金，打电话要个指甲钳等了半个多小时也不送，最后又打电话被告知没有指甲钳，那不告诉一声，就让人干等…酒店位置特别好，离火车站机场候机楼都很近，出门就是公交车特别方便。
