出发前我备注了商务出行需安静房型，抵达时Alisa已提前协调好高楼层静谧房，快速办理完入住后，详细讲解了会议室预订流程、酒店商务设施使用细节，还主动询问是否需要打印文件，专业又周到。
入住期间，我需前往多个会场参会，Sean得知后立刻根据行程规划了最优出行路线，帮忙预约可靠车辆，还贴心准备了便携雨伞和本地交通卡。中途会议材料遗漏在酒店，Sean接到通知后，仅用15分钟就将材料送到会场，全程高效稳妥。

Wow! Very impressive! Our family stayed here with our friends from back home for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was top notch. From the decor down to the last details of cleanliness live up to the 5 star standards! The service was friendly and efficient. Most staff can speak some English to help us. Nice big windows with a great city view. The breakfast was probably one of the best in all the 5 star hotels I have tried in Asia! They had an awesome real expresso coffee machine and REAL Canadian bacon plus a very good variety of pastries and hot food! More than enough to get you through the morning and afternoon!
Went to the pool on 5th floor and it had a panoramic view of the city and water was very clean. So yes! Well worth the money!
Only regret was that we wish we had booked one more night of stay!

The service at the Hilton in Shenyang is very good, especially the guest relations director, Alisa Li, who was very attentive to me from check-in to check-out, and contacted me after I checked out to see if I had left anything behind. The whole experience was very good, and I will stay here again soon. I am looking forward to the next time.

酒店设施很好，衞生环境也非常好，特别是淋浴头出水量非常大、非常足，洗起来特别舒服，前台给办理入住和退房时都非常快捷！再有就是酒店的位置非常好，下楼就是地铁站，到哪儿去都非常方便。另外，宾客关系主任艾丽莎（Alisa）特意送了两份精美的水果，在这里特别对她表示感谢??！
