作为5星级酒店，卫生间浴盆放水的阀门一扭开就往外流水，根本不能用，这样的房间还往外卖给客人接受不了，房间送餐取走餐具不及时反复电话催，最后竟然让客人放到门口，不影响酒店影响吗，难到楼层没有别的住店客人吗？
