冲这个品牌入驻！服务态度真的让我太失望了！也算是高端酒店控了 也不知道 一个破沈阳文华酒店 前台牛气什么！连住两晚 要求看高层看能看夜景的房间都不给！没让你升级！这么难说话么？给前台打电话要一个盘子和刀子 切水果 问我要押金！这不是高端酒店房间里必备的么？ 这个品牌继续让你们这些人服务 太要瞎啊！
