各方面服务都让我感到非常满意！在沈阳严重的疫情下感受到了温暖！特别是前台Ivan和经理Isabella 服务热情，包括解答诸多问题、及时通知在大堂做核酸，让我感受到五星级酒店的热情～
一楼有专门放外卖的柜子，卫生又方便。虽然开业很多年了，酒店能与时俱进很棒！
