酒店环境太差，套间的价格，享受的却是最差房间的服务，客厅电视是放在地上的大头电视，豪华套间，卧室没有窗，一进屋里有一种霉味，这是住过的最差的酒店，为什么这种房间还写着豪华套房，难道对商家没有标准吗？而且想退房还不给退钱，打电话给艺龙网，说是得等，都半夜十二点了让我坐酒店大堂等，无语，遇到这样的情况也是第一次！

因为住过大连君悦，冲着北站的位置和君悦两个字选的他家！结果非常失望，洗浴间的下水堵了，我洗上澡才发现，头发脏污都随着水反上来！这样的酒店谁会相信浴巾是否干净？床单是否干净？反馈给酒店，处理问题的态度也非常让人不舒服！下次再也不会选择这家酒店了！大家也擦亮眼睛吧！
