交通方便，距沈阳北站很近，坐公交车和地铁也很方便，周边有美食街和商场，房间很大，是里外套间，除卫生间外还有一个小厨房，如果住的时间长的话还可以自己做饭吃，房间的设施比较老旧了，墙上贴的壁纸有不少地方已经裂开。
