入住体验非常糟糕首先从外观来看停车出入不方便入口在十字路口一堵就登登的进进不来出出不去 而且开了不到十年的酒店看起来非常老旧 再说进入大堂以后非常之冷 入住房间后房间内也很冷 空调保暖设备不行 给我们拿了电暖器 结果用一用房间电源就会跳闸 维修人员说不能用电暖器 还有洗手间的吹风筒 要不就是凉风 要不就是坏的 去餐厅吃饭 面是凉的 牛肉是咬不动的 这些都是五星级标准的国际酒店不应该出现的问题 anyway入住体验非常糟糕是我住过的最垃圾的希尔顿

订了一间豪华行政房，到店后告诉我订的房间没有了，给我升级到行政套房，房间温度21℃，打开空调，到房间3个小时后，酒店房间温度21.5℃，和酒店联系，告知这个房间把山，温度就这样了，可以加电暖气，取暖，我提出洗澡会感冒，酒店又说原先订的豪华行政房房间又有了，问是不是可以换回去，这不是折腾人么，那当初为什么不直接按照原预订的房间给予呢，莫名其妙就被挖坑了。直接感冒了。
