从没住过这么差的五星酒店！服务与价格完全不成正比，我选择君悦就是为了服务，结果一塌糊涂，停车不让进地下停车场，到前台索要停车券服务员说直接报房号就行，结果出停车场时说要拿停车券，不然就得交费！说入住送水果其实什么都没有！人生住过最差的五星酒店，这个服务我觉得只值300一晚，事实却要1000多，差评差评差评

酒店没有两年前时状态那么好了。客房一些设施出现了破损和划痕。最大的问题是酒店房间灰特别大，床被有毛状物，朝南的大玻璃窗，白天太热，阳光射入，动哪儿哪儿飘灰，在电梯里也听到其他客人讲，要搬到对面。说明这是普遍现象。服务还是不错的，餐饮是君悦的强项。必须要解决灰大的问题。
