女儿一周岁时在4楼中餐厅办的小party，环境很好。所以朋友来沈出差，为她订的房间，前台免费升了级，房间设施干净舒适，特别喜欢大床房，特别大，而且服务人员态度很好，感觉很温暖。

前台一位姓井的大堂经理态度非常差，答应给客人升级房间的事情到最后却失信，简直言而无信，仗着自己没上班的理由跟客人说你去投诉好了，入住希尔顿那么多次第一次遇见，望酒店能查，下次不会再入住。

酒店位置方便，环境和设施都很好，前台人员服务很得体，预订的时候出现了失误还特意帮我升级了房型，唯一想吐槽的就是酒店赠送的矿泉水竟然是冰露，对于一座五星酒店来说有点有失水准，实在太难喝了不得不烧水来喝
