酒店位置十分便利，房间卫生也很好，设施比较齐全，周边环境也安静，服务人员十分热情，特别要说的是，由于天气原因到店比较早，前台美女给查找房间，提前办理了入住，非常贴心，要给一个大大的赞！下次还会选择艾美！

提前一天预定成功，酒店也确认了订单，下午三点才到酒店，居然没有房间，让我等了一个半小时。并且没有休息的地方，只好去大堂吧坐等，居然要我消费才能休息！！！差评差评，

每次回沈阳，都住香格里拉或皇冠假日，这次因为高铁在沈阳站，就发现了艾美酒店。这是我入住体验最好的一家沈阳地区的酒店。硬件设施简洁艺术，关键是服务水平和态度是当地一流的！前台的Annie，自助餐厅的Rumben，还有礼宾部的小伙子们都非常周到，真心为客人着想，为他们点赞??下次还会入住！

酒店位置很好，出门吃饭便利店都很多，酒店的设计很有趣很文艺，送矿泉水的是个机器人挺有意思的。前台小姐也反应迅速。停车是地下停车场适合冬天停在里面不冻车的。
