下午两点半到酒店，去前台咨询，答无亲子房，我说，已经在网上预定完，而且酒店方在网上已确认并接单，艺龙app还给我发了短信，之后前台接待回复，刚有客人刚退亲子房，已安排清洁人员加急打扫。故我们在前台斜对面的椅子上休息，此时时间大约是下午两点四十左右。每半小时我们遍去前台询问一次打扫进度，前台接待人员答复再等一会。三点四十左右，我们实在是等不起了，我上楼去看房间，问了一下附近的清洁人员，答曰已收拾完。我又返回前台，通知前台接待人员，房间已收拾完。这才开始正式办理入住。下午四点，我们才算住进房间。该过程使我六十多岁的母亲，两岁多的孩子及妻子非常生气，时间之长，过程之复杂，极度影响一家人的心情。这是服务项给三星的原因。卫生项给四星的原因是房间卫生哪都跟棒，就是有点潮。其余两项全部是满分。硬件条件非常好，房费价格合理。沈阳这种大城市，这么号规格的酒店这么低的价格，可能只有这家。最后感谢西餐厅的服务人员，免费帮我寄存的海鲜。谢谢。如果前台的接待能更高效的为大家办理入住，我想这就是一家完美的酒店。如果下次再来沈阳，我很可能继续选择这里！
