回京半路选的酒店，品质不错，但周边稍显凄凉，用餐不便，但其他都无可挑剔～酒店所有服务员我都要认认真真的给个👍

酒店比较新，各方面中规中矩，但是服务细节还有待提高，打电话去服务台问有没有指甲刀，回答说是要去问一下，几分钟后给我回电，然后我等了30分钟没有回音，再次打过去回答说是问过了，没有指甲刀。这就表现出2个问题，其一是偌大的酒店居然没有为客人准备一把指甲刀，其二是既然说好了会回电告诉我为什么没有？在餐厅早餐的时候也碰到服务问题，入座后问我需不需要咖啡，我说给我来一杯，服务员说好的马上给你拿来，然后又是等了30分钟没有来，后来叫住另一位服务员问怎么回事，过去一看，原来咖啡杯就放在咖啡机上，应该是忘了端过来。这还是在早餐入座率不超过20[%]的情况下发生的，真是不敢想象如果有一半的桌子坐了人会怎么样。
对于酒店来说，服务和细节怎么强调都不为过，希望这方面加强。
