The service is terrible including (1) we booked two rooms and were given those at the end of the corridor, a long way from lift. ?Upon our request for changing rooms, the receptionist told us that they were not certain when we could be provided with other rooms and we could only leave our luggage at the hotel and returned at night to check-in; (2) we had bought some cakes and fruit but our fridge ?was out of order. ?Upon checking with the same receptionist, he said it was not a fridge but just a 保鲜柜which was not chill inside. ?Such excuse is so ridiculous as the label on the fridge states that the chilling capacity is 50L; (3) our package was provided with a late check out at 2pm but when we tried to see whether we might check out at 3pm, that same receptionist just repeatedly said we had already been provided with late check out and no further delay was allowed in a very rude manner. ?He refused to give us his name and just asked us to complain him. ?We would not recommend such a bad service hotel to anyone.

老牌子的酒店，适合带外国朋友一起入住。
旁边很繁华，所以不用担心吃饭和酒吧的问题。
服务的很到位，尤其是那位范经理。
最开心的是，早上一出门遇到新人，开门见喜有没有！

推荐这家酒店！对自驾的人太友好了，超大停车场随便停，不用绕圈找车位。房间住着很惬意，空间够大，床品也舒服，睡一觉满血复活。必须提前台小范，我是晚上入住的，她全程笑脸相迎，办理速度快
