这次入住真是惊喜连连！前台小姐姐主动帮我升级了行政套房，办理入住时服务贴心又高效。房间一尘不染，床品洁白柔软，衞生间光洁如新，连角落都找不到一丝灰尘。整体体验超预期，无论是服务还是衞生细节都让人特别安心，绝对是值得再来的酒店！

Best is the location near to airport, especially need to catch early hour flight. The Hotel have the airport transfer service ????. Overall the hotel amenities and facilities were good. Breakfast offers variety choices ???? The only issue is the insulation of sound from aircraft flying over could be heard. The metro station is not near to the hotel quite a distance. The photos of the room displayed in Trip.com it turns out same as photos shown. Just too tired and forgotten to shot photo. ??

早餐不错，种类丰富，不过菜的生油味道比较重。房间的床是很舒服的，整体乾净整洁。
浴巾上有一根长头发，衞生需要改善。

一家三口飞机到深圳已是深夜，于是选择了较近的廷泊酒店的亲子套房，孩子有单独的房间，睡觉互不打扰，感觉特别温馨。离开酒店后，手机充电器忘在了房间，抱着试试看的心情，电话找到酒店前台服务人员，没想到竟然找到并快递邮寄过来，非常感谢前台服务人员的周到服务，为前台服务人员点赞。
