酒店整体很近地铁站，地理位置方便。周边食物选择也多。去星河coco park那边的话蛮方便。房间基本上跟图片一致，床不错睡。职员很友善，还帮我从普通大床房升级至智能控制的房间，有AI辅助，基本上我们有什么用品需要补充都能快速回应。美中不足就是早餐选择少，而且除了即煮的粉面、点心和现磨咖啡是热的以外，其他菜品都偏冷。

?? 环境方面：
房间整洁度非常高，装潢现代且有设计感。床品舒适，隔音效果不错，晚上能安静入睡。公共区域如大厅、餐厅都保持得很乾净，整体氛围让人放松。
?? 对客服务：
员工态度亲切有礼，从入住到退房都能感受到专业与热情。前台人员效率高，反应迅速。客房服务及时，需求处理得很到位。特别感谢接待处的同事小邓，耐心解答所有疑问，让入住体验更加分。
?? 地理方便：
位置极佳！地铁站步行5分钟，附近有多条公交线路。周边餐厅、便利店选择多，晚上想买东西或吃宵夜都很方便。步行可达主要景点和商业区，对于游客或商务客都非常适合。
? 惊喜体验：
入住时被免费升级到套房！房间视野开阔，空间宽敞，这样的贴心安排让人印象深刻，绝对是会想再次回访的关键因素。
整体而言，这次住宿体验超出预期，无论是商务出差或休闲旅行都值得推荐。性价比高，下次会优先考虑这家酒店！

整体上挺满意的?，不过价钱略嫌有点贵，五点多钟去到居然说房间还未清理好要等，我以为应该没什么好货了，不过入到房间还可以的?。但清洁得不太乾净，选了禁烟还有点烟味，而且酒店是在一幢商用楼，上下还有些棋牌店KTV之类的有点杂，而且电梯也等得有点耐??。整体来说可以的
