??大堂装修豪华，充满艺术氛围。房间宽敞舒适，布置得十分精美，床品柔软舒适，让人一夜好眠。工作人员服务周到，热情贴心，工作人员服务周到，热情贴心，餐饮也非常出色，让人回味无穷。很喜欢的一家酒店 以後还会回来的酒店地理位置离罗湖口岸深圳站特别近，过去香港也特别方便，如果去香港累了，出关立马就可以回酒店休息。酒店大堂乾净整洁，服务员态度好，房间特别安静。对於我这样入睡比较困难的人来而言，睡得非常的舒适，房间乾净舒适，

周末，与亲友家人入住荟语酒店的秘境大床房-网红270°超广角落地玻璃+激光投影房间。酒店位置方便，装潢新颖富时代感，又有智能管家，附近又有不少餐厅和按摩店，挺不错的。前台小姐姐更是亲切有礼，又为我们拍照。

订了 2间房 入住2晚, 酒店前台很好 免费升级, 房间有洗衣机. 不用去 5楼洗衫. 房间木系设计 空间感很好 . 冷气 冲凉水压ok . 基本配套 提供得很充足, 还提供蒸汽眼罩 与地铁站距离 5-8mins 步行距离. 隔音有点不足, 凌晨隔离房开电视声线太大 . 环境太静很清楚听到, 即时打去前台反映. 很快解决 住客即时调细音量. 值得推介 下次再入住

The drinks in our room were all expired and the pillows smelled a bit and wasn’t too comfortable but everything else was nice. Everything else was clean. We liked the voice controlled AI TV that can turn off lights/curtains. There are USB ports and wires for your phone.
The hotel breakfast buffet was quite limited and not worth it at all.
