地点很好找就在岗夏地铁站口附近
离卓悦中心很近
去其他地方也很方便
住的房间很大
而且隔音特别好
睡得特别开心
叫外卖也很方便
吃得特别开心
早餐中西式都有选择
然後最後一天要走的时候发现空调漏水
本意只是提醒维修
但额外赠送了一天房间
甚是感谢

卫生：由於新酒店，卫生程度是不错的，在内地的话算是合格，但是对於洁癖的人来说，桌子上有食物碎渣没有清理乾净被发现了也确实感觉不太好，10分的话有7.5分吧，地上没有到那种一尘不染的程度
位置：尚算方便，走去卓越中心不算太远，走去地铁站也近，只是民居多，靠近马路，噪音有点大
服务：非常好，有求必应，热情，回答及时，赞????
餐食：尚算可以，味道不错，卖相好，整体还行，不过不失，虽然没有太惊艳
装修：床品很舒服，睡得很香，装修算是新颖摩登，整体是不错，只是房间和茶桌的地面高低相差太多容易跌倒，要注意

very convenient location - just 1min walk to metro exit, 5-6min to One Avenue (shopping mall)
interior design - quite impressive among hotels in shenzhen - well decorated & spacious enough
(got free upgrade to their biggest suite, really spacious)
staff - very friendly & helpful, also got a 24h customer service through WeChat - quick response, appreciate it
facilities - pretty new; got a mini sauna (in very good condition) in the suite - amazed; only thing was their shower water (temperature little not stable enough), hifi was nice (well connected); even got you a disposable bathtub cover; also have access to a well-equipped 24/7 gym in the same building - a regular-sized gym! room!!! breakfast was free (included in the package) - average quality

Interesting hotel, we seems to be transported to another place the moment the lift door opens at level 3..
Service was extremely warm and friendly, they are always ready to help and always there for you... With a Big GENUINE smile!!
On entering the room, it's another odyssey...lovely, awesome, these are understatement..
Bed is firm and comfortable.. Living space is extremely practical and tastefully designed!
Our definite to stay when we return to Futian!
It was a short rush trip this round, we were burned out..
But thankful for the undisturbed and good rest we had here.. Recharged! A very big thank you to team for the Super Warm and Loving experience!

We were very pleased with this little gem. The location is very convenient, just steps away from Gangxia Metro Station Exit E.
When we first arrived at the building, we were not so sure since the lift looked a bit old. Once we got to the 3rd floor where the hotel is, we knew we made the right choice. The hotel is new and modern, with a welcoming and cosy reception.
The checking-in was smooth and efficient. The receptionist, Ms Tian, was extremely friendly and helpful. We got upgraded from the Chinese style suite to a slightly bigger Western style suite. We saw both places and they were the same as the photos in the website; modern, stylish and comfortable.
We had a tray of free drinks and snack delivered to our room which we were not able to finish. Breakfast the next morning was nicely presented and delivered to our room. When we came back to pick up our luggage, we were invited to have our afternoon tea which we missed the day before.
We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely come back!

Stayed for 3 nights. Nice and clean room. Good breakfast and nice polite staffs. And they provide free high tea and laundry. Our rooms were upgraded also. Highly recommended.
