在平台上看到的，觉得这家点评还不错就毫不犹豫按照导航的路线过去了，问了很多问题前台小彤也很有耐心帮我解答，非常nice！酒店整体设计都很简约大气 主要是很乾净，这是我住酒店首选要求，果然没让我失望，整体体验感是很不错的，下次还来住！

出差住到这家酒店，位置绝佳，距离深圳北站打车15分钟，旁边就是星河cocopark双子塔，中式风格。早餐种类丰富，自带的中式餐厅菜品可口，房间宽敞明亮，乾净衞生，乳胶枕睡起来特别舒服，乾湿分离衞浴乾净衞生。服务人员主动提供可以延时退房服务，贴心又周到，健身房设施齐全。快速退房超便捷，离店前台送水的细节很加分，值得推荐！有非常好看的大圣诞树 ，凌晨入住还帮我开灯拍照！

入住了好多次这家酒店，体验感很不错，旁边有星河商场，星河商场地下也有好多吃东西的小店，双子距离这里也比较近，地铁站也在旁边大概200米左右 ，出行也比较方便

第一次住酒店是没有冷气的！
当晚是元旦夜，?很晚才入住，起初也不留意，直至睡到差不多天光时被热醒，才发觉室内温度一直没变…
随后用房内的平板申报维修冷气，但等了很久一直也没有回覆。
最后落楼下大堂询问，才知没有冷气…
???
酒店没有冷气提供，是不是应该提前告知？?
酒店房内?都很好很舒服?，只是今次没有冷气?的体验以及服务人员?的处理真的太差！！！

配套设施齐全，周边环境不错，酒店後面有一个湖可以爬山，还有寺庙，购物方便，旁边有大型商场，公交地铁也方便。前台小代服务热情，给他点赞????
