办理入住就墨迹了半个小时，前台跟别的顾客吵起来了，这还不算，我在携程订的房非说找不到，最后说订单在去哪网上，我都无语了，入住放下行李出去吃饭，回来发现空调不好使，噪音快赶上摩托车发动机了，跟她们说调换，又墨迹了半个小时非要试试是不是不好使。最后调换的时候还说卫生怎么办。你还让顾客给你收拾房子？
