一楼和餐厅服务态度好，环境也好。只是面积比较小，打扫卫生时，日常用品有的没有及时更换，比如纸巾，洗脸台上的擦手巾。夏天了，床垫太软，感觉过热。服务员不敲门就进来，两次！

地理位置很好，北京寸土寸金；服务就还好吧。开始没送欢迎果盘，要了两天，送了三个橘子三个苹果，也是很实在了。周围有同和居等吃饭的地方，离财政部近。
