今年内第三次入住，感激前台李姓小哥升级我住套房，房間大而且硬件非常好，設施样样具备，还有一排多国式的电插座，卫生做的非常好。前台和礼賓都非常热情。位置非常的好，有地铁，火车站，去香港，吃喝玩乐都没问题。
我向客房服務員要一个纸箱，要快递礼物去给朋友，客房大姐馬上就找來了，这种服务精神可赞，可見酒店管理非常到位。

每次出差都是会首选，新都酒店。因为房价符合公司的预算，酒店内又有健身房和泳池。下班后可以回酒店做训练，打发时间。而且交通很方便。离羅湖口岸步行十分钟就行了。楼下也有地铁站。特地要称赞的，就是前台的工作人员。非常的专业，无论你退房还是哪房，都是不用等那么久。在此特别谢谢前台美女LUCY的幫忙
