很正规大气的老星级酒店，地段好，房间大，设施基本齐全，不过和住过的广东其他四星酒店比客房细节上还略有不足，比如没有一次性拖鞋，没有浴袍，没有附送的固体咖啡饮料等，当然也不是很重要，但服务质量还是很好的。我们住的客房卫生间马桶上方天花板上排气扇不停滴水，黄色的水滴正好滴在马桶上，造成使用不便，联系了酒店前台，大概是大堂经理来查看后说可能是空调排水系统的问题，提出让我们使用隔壁一间高级套房的卫生间，把房卡也给了我们，如果我们续房，也可以免费给我们升级住高级套房，如果当天退房可以延迟退房时间，总之态度很诚恳，由于我们当天下午要乘飞机离开深圳，没法享受酒店给我们的补偿，但我们还是感谢酒店这位不知名的经理，今后有机会还会入住。

位置相当好，离关口200米，直接步行就可到达。单人房间够大，卫生干净。老店，设施稍旧。性价比足够好。
