一层灰……**无语搞得心情都不好，要求换房间也敷衍还挂个毛线星级酒店，多久没人住了浴室还在滴水，还有别人留下的东西也没收拾掉，服务态度也掉渣！等我定了别的酒店再说给换有毛意思！
