当天到达的时候下大雨，由于他们门口不好停车，车也开不到大门口，因为要上高台阶才是公寓大堂，所以我们就淋着雨自己搬行李进去，没有工作人员迎接并帮忙打伞遮雨这些服务很遗憾。
富瑞斯在七八年前住过一段时间，现在跟那时比已经装修了，还可以。可以叫外卖，外卖由公寓保安或者工作人员送上楼，这点很不错。周边其实很方便，就在深南大道路北，有很多好吃的餐厅，便利店也很多。报业大厦院里面施工，我们的房型刚好对着，不过也无所谓了。
这套房子是中间户小两居，值得表扬的是写字台上有插排，便于充电等。

适合带孩子出行，因为有厨房可以做饭吃，厨房配套算较为齐全，有冰箱微波炉等，有两双碗筷。卫生算是干净，床被单干净，两间房都各自有电视。安保很好，酒店工作人员会亲自帮忙将外卖送上来，不足之处就是停车很困难，没有自己独立停车场，共同住宅的，厕所马桶入住就堵了，半夜找了工作人员通了以后还是堵了。

非常好！酒店服务不错，需要送什么打个电话就送来了，四楼还贴心的设置了儿童活动区域。房间布局合理，使用方便，适合一家人出游。地理位置好，停车方便。美中不足一是电视机不是智能电视也没有机顶盒，功能简单；二是大家普遍反应的，只送两张早餐券有点不太合理。
