那天给酒店打电话，问有没有接送机服务，订单页面也有此类服务，但是我到在另一个地方提前打电话给他们的时候却说没有？后来我们坐公交车/地铁/走路，千辛万苦终于是到达了酒店，我特别特别生气。明明写着有接机服务，但却没有，确实是在耍人。后来同程工作人员给我打电话说是他们没有更新页面的失误，给了我们补偿，总体来说住的可以，但设施不行，房间空间有点小。但同程app服务很好。
