对于预支付的不可取消订单，艺龙设置虚假“一键转让”功能，转让的订单被别的消费者购买后，艺龙与供应商以不可描述的操作方式使转让失败，且仅以“酒店不接受订单变更”理由搪塞消费者。
转让失败后，原已支付订单变成“待确认”状态，致电酒店被告知没有查到该订单。
参与欺诈的行为主体是否包括酒店尚未可知。已通过12315维权。
