大堂服务员态度是不是因为我们到店完了，爱理不理。房间设施也老化了，卫生也一般，携程网订的房价竟然还要预付房费，价格竟然268元，一点不值，到了晚上竟然降到208元，实在是接受不了，天气以凉，房间只有一床薄被！

服务态度差，明明订好说好晚点到的，因为信用卡预付，中途打了3个电话强调要夜晚到，酒店答应会保留房间，结果去到还说找不到携程订单，后来搞了好久说要投诉给携程才给了房间。
