房间整体感觉不错，前台接待人员服务意识有待提高！我也是做酒店管理工作的，办理退房时目睹了前台服务员给别人办入住时的经过，当时入住的客人也许理解错误，表达自己观点时中途被前台服务员强行打断，当时客人就不怎么高兴了，前台服务员还在大声说自己的话，这点很不好，尽管客人当时理解上发生错误，也应让客人表达完！
