不错的酒店。环境和交通都比较方便。这次来深圳天气很冷，很遗憾没有制暖的空调。不过服务员还是给拿了一个电暖气，解决了取暖的问题。早餐丰富，也容易打出租车。相对来讲还是不错的。如果价格能够便宜一点或者有更高的返现就更好了。

14号入住，15号退房，少定了一间，想临时补一间，有个男服务生说满房，态度冷漠。后来一个前厅领班（还是主管什么的）很好，调剂了一间，后来因为味道大没窗户，又给换了一间新的，所以觉得很奇怪。服务五星可不是给那个男服务生的，位置挺好的，卫生也不错，就是设施稍微旧了点，我们那个房间都没有放行李箱的那个条凳，床上用品有消毒水的味道。性价比还可以。
