前台小聪 小梦 小黄服务很好 房间设施设备很好 地铁近 靠步行街 很方便 还有免费的下午茶 楼梯还有免费的矿泉水 冰箱饮料都是不限量的。下次还会选择 很不错的一次入住体验 超赞

酒店位于地铁口，出行便捷。旁边就是东门步行街，吃饭购物非常方便。服务很好，前台还为客人准备了饮品小食，晚上还送水果点心。由于预订房间不在同一楼层，升级了雅致豪华间，很宽敞，还带浴缸，小朋友非常喜欢，适合家庭出行入住。

酒店位置就在老街站旁，購物美食都有。工作人員見到面都有打招呼，服務好。房間冷氣熱水都充足，WiFi,電視也接收好，也很安靜干淨。早餐豐富，還有免費下午茶。樓層有免費樽裝水，房間冰箱只有一瓶小的可樂跟雪碧，我住了2天，第一天喝完也沒幫我補充，比較小氣。晚上樓下門口地下有很多小紙片，一堆年輕男女坐在大堂。

酒店地理位置优越，后面就是步行街，交通方便，地铁一号线出站就到了，内部环境干净整洁，房间舒适，入住这家酒店也是之前同事过来后推荐的，酒店内服务员给人的感觉是非常的亲切和热情，服务周到，碰巧遇上雷暴雨，没有带伞。酒店经理卓端贤还特意撑伞将我们送到地铁站入口，真的非常的感动下次来深圳肯定必须一定再入住这家酒店！
