來了差不多十次，一直很喜歡。 但這次入住突然由十一時停電到差不多兩時。 沒空調沒燈沒電話，最後一時多聯絡到值班經理, 說“預計四五點才修好。如果受不住太熱可以去住別的酒店，之後一天會把房錢退回。”
我覺得這緊急情況處理得有點差，住客普遍不知道什麼事情。 其實派一個員工到樓層說明一下就好。
而補償方案是要我在深夜一點多去找另一家酒店也是令我失望的。最終去到樓梯口剛好恢復電力, 終於可以好好睡覺。

隔音非常差半夜3:00楼上走路的声音和外面走廊过道的声音都听得非常清楚。最离谱的是睡觉的时候，发现枕头旁边有一个很小的小蟑螂就是那种刚出生的香囊，宝宝很恐怖当下，看到感觉就不好了，然后被子感觉非常潮湿，灯光很暗，很压抑的感觉，我在广州也住过好高送，但是广州的入住体验很好，深圳的真的是太可怕了，不会来第二次

整体还可以，服务好。不建议购买无窗的房间，不通风味道很怪。房间不隔音，凌晨传来刺激声音。
