早上入住，酒店的前台服务还可以，打扫卫生的阿姨也很热情，还热情的跟我们打招呼，我家一岁小宝宝也跟阿姨打招呼，晚上回酒店，在等电梯，听到一个大叔跟一个阿姨在说：你怎么还在这，打了你电话你也不接，你不用干了。那个阿姨一头雾水的看着那个大叔，大叔说：你还不知道吗？你早上在大厅那里逗了人家的孩子，说不用你做了。听到这里，我似乎觉得这个阿姨很面熟。本来去香港买了很多自己很喜欢的东西，想回房间慢慢看慢慢研究，可是突然间什么心情都没了，觉得我们给阿姨带来了很大的麻烦，无意的几句打招呼就让阿姨丢了工作。这么好的阿姨！觉得酒店的管理层太乱来了。为阿姨祈祷！

我没有去到酒店入住，因为预定错时间了，这是我本人的错，但是跟酒店协商说可不可以推迟两天后入住，酒店非常果断拒绝，我问过当天酒店还是有空房没有任何损失的，而我白白损失了两间房的房费，这种酒店服务一点不通情达理，以后也不会去入住
