酒店位置好而且性价比超高，去京基100，万象城都近就隔壁，服务都热情和很用心，房间卫生干净，舒适和视野超好，光线特别好，每天都送广式糖水，而且每天有手写的小祝福语，很惊喜很喜欢，套房配有麻将很大三五好友一起喝喝茶很惬意，不错的地方以后就住这了，会经常来，因为外出有晚回前台小姐姐帮忙申请可以延迟退房，感动的服务。有机器人送餐科技，早餐也不错??，好评。

位置优越，四通八达，地铁公交打车门口就是，服务热情，入住专业很快，深圳的智能自助机办理退房，当然前台有人指引不用1分钟弄完，房间卫生干净装修风格很舒服，楼层高空气好可开窗，有免费充电器，晚上送糖水和饼干温馨，第二天出发广州，去口岸和车站15分钟车程很方便，免费送了早餐不错丰富，最主要有免费停车场，以后来罗湖住鹏威了。价格太实惠了。
