设施较老，地毯之类边角细节不干净。是公寓改造，房间床头都没有预留充电的地方。很不方便。房间是台装空调，单人房的空调基本在床头顶，对着人吹很容易感冒。豪华双人房就没有这个问题。房价价格跟维也纳差不多。条件却差一截。但地理优势明显。旁边是Kkmall，离东门也就几百米。吃喝方便。周围繁华。这个价位在深圳到不算什么。
