入住体验差，前台态度差，花了豪华景观房的钱，到店直接说没有！降级到单人房！还说给我升级了，比我订的景观房便宜，当顾客是傻的！被我识破后，又要我自己在网站上改单人房订单！最后在我找网站投诉了十几分钟后，才入住到预定的景观房。有好房藏着，拿不好的房间先出来，难道是酒店的管理之道？
