服务超级垃圾，退房说衣架丢了一个找不到了，告诉他们说有一个坏的在衣柜里面，就是找不到，非得我自己去找，没办法上去找给他们，又说衣架坏了要赔偿，靠，从没有遇到过要赔破衣架的，真是搞笑，想钱想疯了，查房人眼睛也不知道长哪里去了，找个东西都找不到、气死了

价格小贵，位置没得说，从罗湖过关去香港的首选，设施一般，但是前台服务员全程无笑脸，像欠了她们钱一样，其中一位还是前台主任，后来看到一个老外难得挤出了一个笑容
